DESCRIPTION:MaaS has the potential for a modal shift and can thus ensure liveable and accessible cities. But the question is whether those benefits are only achieved by offering a perfectly working app? Humans are creatures of habit. How do you bring about that behavioural change? We will be happy to discuss this question with you on December 7 during the MaaS Congress 2021. It is also possible to participate in this congress online. \nBehavioural change is\, therefore\, central on 7 December. Because governments and MaaS providers hope for large-scale use\, but this still requires some efforts from the same parties. We will try to provide tools for this during the conference. \nHow do you actually change the behaviour of travellers? What are the motives of travellers to use or not to use MaaS? How do you prevent certain target groups from being left out?
